वहत हप्पेनेद?


I was asked if i'd like to continue the package or not, of course i'd like to have it continued. But since they don't know the what the cost will be, i was promised with a feedback for the exact cost. No feedback received and account is locked. Are they anticipating that I can't afford to pay it? Or they don't have the control on it? Why not asked a person if she like it and then you can't give it?

Wala na koy mahims ana, its beyond my control. I just remember what the QI's told me before"when you promise something to the customer, make sure to fullfill it. When you promise to drop him an email within 24hrs for the update, send him email('even if you don't have nothing to update 'coz problem still exists')."
